1. Russia'S GOST-R certification introduction
GOST-R certification is the Russian government for the protection of consumers and animal and plant life safety, environmental protection, national security, strengthen product quality management, in accordance with laws and regulations to implement a product conformity assessment system. The Law on Products and Certification Services promulgated by the Russian Government requires products to comply with the national standards and technical regulations of the Russian Federation, collectively known as GOST-R certification. Gost-r certificate is a document proving that the relevant products meet the relevant product safety requirements of the Russian Federation. The license issuing body of Russia GOST-R certificate must be a certification body or test laboratory authorized by Russian Federation Technology and Metrology Committee.

2. the importance of GOST-R certification

4. GOST-R certification materials preparation
1. Information of the applicant (accurate name, address, contact person and contact information in Chinese and English, etc., if the registered address of the applicant is different from the address of the manufacturer, it shall be specified separately);
2. Business qualification of the applicant (business license, organization code, tax registration certificate, and relevant production license if special production license is involved);
3. Contract documents between the applicant and the foreign purchaser (purchase contract with direct relationship between the two parties, documents required for single batch certification of ** * application *);
4. Information and business qualifications of foreign buyers (accurate English and Russian name, address, contact person, contact information, INN certificate, OGRN certificate * required documents for single batch certification *);
5. Product information (accurate product name in Chinese and English, series model and customs code);
6. Product photos or pictures;
7. Product description (English/Russian version);
8. Product drawings (mechanical general drawing, electrical schematic drawing, hydraulic/pneumatic schematic drawing, etc.);
9. English version of ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate (valid period);
Internal quality inspection or third party international certification certificate, related technical documents (internal test report, such as welding test, electrical safety test, etc., or third party test report, international certification certificate, such as European CE certification, UL certification, ASME or API certification, etc.)

5. GOST-R certification process
1. The applicant shall apply for certification;
2. According to the product situation of the applicant, the certification body shall confirm the certification mode and implementation requirements;
3. The applicant shall prepare and submit the documents required for certification, including CB certificate.
4. Determine whether sample testing or factory audit is required according to the certification mode;
5. Audit and supplement the required documents for certification;
6. Issue certificates.

6. GOST-R certification certificate validity period
1. Single batch certification:
Single batch certification is applied by Russian importers for single product import. This certification is issued to Russian importers and is applied for on the basis of the contract and invoice of the imported products. Once the importer changes or is re-imported, the certification becomes invalid. Single batch certification does not necessarily require product testing.
2. Series of certificates (1 ~3 years)
Series certificates refer specifically to certificates that are valid for one to three years and are usually awarded directly to the manufacturer. Series of certificates are usually based on technical document review can be obtained, a few products need to be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant certification regulations, send samples to Russia designated laboratory for testing or by Russian experts in China factory audit can obtain the certificate.
(1) One-year certification:
Russian importers usually do not need one-year certification, such certification is usually directly to the manufacturer of a one-year product certification, the certificate will indicate the name of the certified product, in this year the product can be imported to Russia without limit.
(2) Three-year certification:
The three-year certification permits continuous use for up to three years. Factory inspection is necessary to obtain such certification. The certificate will indicate the name of the certified product, and the product can be imported directly into Russia for unlimited times within three years. The three-year certification must go through product testing.
