1. Introduction to PSB Certification
Only registered products with the "SAFETY" logo can be sold in Singapore, and the relevant units responsible for the sale of routinely regulated goods to consumers in Singapore must register each model with the safety authority. Certificates and test reports must be used to confirm that this model conforms to mandatory product safety standards at the time of registration. Currently Singapore only requires security, while EMC is only voluntary. Products can only be sold in Singapore after obtaining PSB.
2. PSB certified product catalog
The 48 categories of products subject to mandatory safety certification in Singapore include: audio products; household personal computers and peripheral products; household appliances and other products.
3. PSB certification standard
CB transfer certificate can be used. Products are also tested under tropical conditions as required by the IEC standard.

4. Preparation of PSB certification materials
1. CB certificate and test report valid within three years (English version only)
2. Label (applying for PSB only accepts a single model, not a series model application)
3. Circuit diagram and Layout
4. Parts Bill of Materials (BOM)
5. Architecture/Engineering Drawings and Bill of Materials
6. English manual
7. Color photos, including exterior and interior (critical safety parts) photo files
8. Other information, the name, address and contact details of the importer or agent in Singapore
5. PSB certification process

1. The certificate holder is a local registered company in Singapore;
2. No factory inspection and annual fee;
3. The certificate is valid for three years;
4. If the product is an in-line power supply. The plug must meet the relevant requirements, such as the European plug must meet EN50075, the British plug must meet the requirements of BS1363 or SS246, and there is a relevant plug test report
5. There is no series of applications for product certification, and each certificate can only cover a single model and a trademark
6. If you hold a valid CB certificate or report, you generally do not need to provide samples.
